The Lexington Police Department will host the Supervisor Leadership Institute Jan. 19-23, 2026. The course targets first-line supervisors, however, the course is also suitable for all police leaders – sworn or civilian. They will complete the DISC leadership assessment to understand and grow their own leadership practices.
