The University of Louisville’s Southern Police Institute will host a First-Line Supervisor’s Course, Nov. 16-20. This KLEC-approved course of instruction will provide the student basic strategies and tactics geared toward easing the transition from police officer to police supervisor and will create a solid foundation in leadership which will assist the new or aspiring supervisor in successfully engaging with this critically important role.
